The only issue we had was the delivery taking longer than expected. The trucking company said they needed a special smaller truck to get in our driveway. After that delay we did receive the sauna finally and put it together. We are really enjoying it in all this recent snow. So 4 stars only because of the delivery issue. Otherwise great experience.

Very nice sauna. When comparing, I found the price was very good for a complete model with the shingled roof and floor compared to other brands. Took about 5 hours to install with me and a helper. Looks really good on our porch.
