The sauna is very relaxing and has plenty of space inside for laying down. I like the top and bottom benches because it lets either lay down or several people set up at the same time. Gets really hot. Very pleased.
I bought this sauna a month ago. The product was delivered quickly. Assembly took about 2 hours by 2 adults. Manuals are best to be desired but many deficiencies were obvious and self-explanatory. I had to reach out to the support line once and they addressed the issue quickly.
The only issue I have that it takes a really long time (1.5-2 hrs) to get to 170F. You can hear heater turn off at about 145-150F and then periodically turning on/ff and creeping up to higher termperature. Trying to figure out how to solve that.
The sauna itself works great. It has a lot of room inside and the two bench seats are great for both me and my husband to lay down. Only issue we had is assembling the front door panels. They are supposed to hook together but it was a challenge getting one side to stay flush. We finally got it assembled correctly but could have been easier. Otherwise 5 stars.
