The roof came with some damage. I called SunRay and they sent a new roof panel. Good customer service. The sauna itself is very nice and looks just like the photo.
Cannot say how much I love having this sauna. Have had one indoor in the past and wanted this for a particular space we have. Looks great and maintains well, I was hesitant about having it outdoors but it's built to last.
Have had our Sunray sauna for about 21/2 months now and cannot say enough good things about it! Ready to purchase an indoor for our second home! So easy to maintain!
Sauna is well built. Went together pretty smoothly. More parts than I anticipated, definitely a 2 person job. It heats up well, was worried with so many reviews complaining of heating issues. Just turn on about 30 min prior to use and good to go. Using everyday so far.
