It's ok. Convenient if you don't want to build one yourself. Super easy to assemble, I did it alone without an issue. Takes about 35 minutes to heat up. It comes without plugs, so you'll need to wire it up. Once hot though, it holds heat well and you can get it well above the listed max temp.
Assembled it by myself in 30 minutes. I bought extra cable and a plug from homedepot to plug it into my car charging outlet outside my garage which worked perfectly. Heats up in 20-30 minutes. Product itself is amazing and I recommend it to everyone who comes over to my house. If you're looking for a traditional sauna this one checks all the blocks.
I've had your 200SN Baldwin sauna for about 8 months. I will have to say that its a very good sauna for the money. The Harvia heater works great. My only suggestion is to offer an upgrade to a digital keypad instead of using the Harvia knobs.
The directions weren’t that great I’m putting it together, that could’ve been more detail or simpler pictures. We were able to figure it out. The only part that was an issue was the base it wasn’t level we had to shimmy it to make it level

I purchased this traditional sauna online and got the confirmation of the order. i get an email that the order was canceled due to unavailability of product. I called and your rep looked up the real reason (company will not ship to Hawaii, even though there is product available
I wanted to let you guys know that the traditional sauna I purchased from you has been an absolute life saver. I use it everyday and am trying to get my husband to do the same. When the sauna was delivered it had damage to the frame around the door. I called the company and they did replace it but it took two more weeks before I was actually able to use it. Now that I have it all assembled I am pleased to say it works fine. Thank you.
If you are looking for a good sauna with high heat but not a lot else this sauna fits the bill. The Harvia heater puts out a lot of heat and heats up pretty quickly.
