We had a few glitches with the delivery and a chipped shingle but overall the sauna arrived in good condition. It was easy to assemble and works great. It definitely looks good on our pavers. Would give 5 starts but it arrived with a little damage.
Rain causing serious warping exterior wood planks after only 2 years. At this point I feel like just tearing this down and go for a loss since the exterior is in such bad condition now and is an eye sore. Rain seeps into windows and door sills causing interior to be all wet. I called customer support and they said no replacement wood planks available since mine is 1st generation which I got only two years ago. Very poor product and support. Also absolutely no outdoor covers available for this also. This is not an outdoor product as they advertised! Stay away.
Chose this high window design due to having low privacy backyard and I absolutely love it! Heats great, no issues with putting together myself and help from middle school son!
