The real Finnish experience
The Harvia heater makes all the difference — pour water on the stones and it's exactly like the saunas I grew up with. Support answered the phone in Richmond.
Built like a tank
Solid cedar, thick panels, everything lined up during assembly. Have had it a year through a Minnesota winter outdoors and zero issues.
Local company, real support
Nice to buy from a Virginia company. Had a question about the electrical and they walked me through it on the phone in five minutes.
Worth the wait
Freight took about two weeks but everything arrived undamaged and well packed. The finished sauna feels premium.
