We’re thrilled with our new sauna and have enjoyed two fantastic sessions so far. The finished product is excellent, but the installation instructions could be significantly improved. I ended up with several extra screws, which I was told is fine, though this was concerning and confusing. Additionally, the heater’s temperature and timer knobs are awkwardly placed, requiring you to crouch under the bench to see them. If I were to purchase another sauna, I’d prioritize easily accessible and visible controls.
My wife and I absolutely love this sauna. It’s nice and hot and fits perfectly in a small space, yet it’s large enough to fit 3-4 people or lay down solo. Most importantly, the customer service at this company was second to none. I had a small issue, they took care of me immediately. Did not leave me in the dust, I sense this is a family run company, and they are doing it right. Proud to give them my business for a quality product and outstanding service. Great sauna for the price. My wife and I use it daily to relax. Takes about a half hour to get to 175 degrees. We keep our sauna in a unheated garage, I'm sure if it was in a controlled environment you would be able to get it warmer.
The sauna definitely meets expectations. Looks just like the photos and video. Was easy to assemble. The heater frame gave me a little trouble at first but other than that the sauna works real good. Used it about 10 times without any issue.
Just built the Hampton sauna. See the photos. It appears to be a good quality sauna that is well built. We will see how well it stands up to daily use and I will repost in a few months with the results.
This is a very good wooden sauna. It was easy to assemble and gets really hot. The electrical connection was a little confusing but I called your company and they explained about the 240V plug. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.
Good traditional sauna for the money, max temp 170 degrees. Takes maybe 20-25 minutes to reach full temp. I assembled myself but would have been easier with 2. 20-30 minutes in it you can really get a good sweat going.
