It's a great sauna for the price. It came in 3 boxes and we put it together in about an hour. You do need to add a plug on the end of the wire to hook it up. Customer service explained that it has to be on its own circuit. The sauna works as described and gets up to 140 degrees. It feels like it is well constructed. The bench is solid and they use real shingles on the roof unlike some manufacturers I've seen.
We got the 2 person outdoor model and after an hour we had it setup and ready to go. It plugs right in and takes about 20 minutes to heat up. We had a slight issue with the delivery company but SunRay took quick care of it and called us back to make sure everything was delivered. Great customer service
