For the price i was very happy with the quality of this product. Instructions were easy to follow and once we got moving we got it together with no issue. My wife and I assembled in a matter of a few hrs. Highly recommend.
After taking off work to meet the delivery guy, he changed the appt to the next day. Fortunately my wife was there to accept delivery. The sauna itself is great. It was easy to assemble and had good instructions. You do need a separate power source. It doesn't just plug into the wall. We ran a separate line ahead of time to make things easier. My wife loves the sauna just wish they could find a better delivery system than Tforce!
